BISON App

The Bison App is a German trading venue for cryptocurrencies that is part of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange. Bison’s goal is to make cryptocurrency trading suitable for the masses.

Task

Building and integrating a design team (4+) into the company from scratch | Implementation of design processes in the product flow | Take marketing output to the next visual level | Building agency/freelancer net around the internal design team | Bring marketing and product teams closer together | Preparation and implementation of a brand relaunch
